    it seems it all hit south of us in Benbrook.

    my dad in W'ford was 5 mi north of what hit out there and my mom is in town with the RV staying at the south end of Benbrook lake...the shit went just south of them, too.

    hope all of you are safe.....i know a few lives were lost and much damage occurred.

    I have heard 5-6 lives lost, +30 severe injuries, and an entire neighborhood is gone.

    There are actually some really good trails/parks. Just gotta pay for them. As for free, you do take a chance on getting busted by the cops or land owners. Gilmer had a good park, marble falls, Katemcy, Bridgeport, Tolar, and plenty more. Like I said, gotta pay for those. And be serious about it.

    I know I have seen this kind of stuff on the news my whole life; but until it is in your neighborhood or off of your back porch it really does not seem real.

    X2. When the tornados hit Arlington last year my son was at his baby sitters house that got hit. We had to wait several hours to get to him due to downed trees everywhere. Ended up walking several blocks, climbing over trees and other crap.
