My head hurts today......

 

I'm hoping my daughter wants a long nap today. I'm beat.

 

wow! i need to get my CCW permit! because of scumbags like this (the robber)

 

I carry everyday, all day, everywhere I go. No ifs, and's or buts about it.
No one I care about will ever be a victim if I can help it.

 

i was close to picking up a 1911 the other day so i have something before heading to utah, but kayla's dad is giving us a 357 revolver and a 9mm at the end of the month, so i'd feel kinda bad buying a gun then receiving a gun shortly after.


but when we get back from utah, ccw class will be on our radar

 

Well yeah, with the exception of my kids school ( crimminal safe zone ) and or federal buildings.

 

And my house, because I feel unsafe with firearms around.....

 

I beg to differ with that statement. Concealed means just that, concealed. there is no way I wont carry to a movie theater or some other establishment because they have a " no weapons sign ".

I wont violate a federal law, but those other " gun free zones " are hogwash.

 

Has Colorado gone back to signs are law? A month ago signs were not law, few weeks prior to that they were. CO is forever changing that.

 

Add to places I wont carry are places I'm likely to be frisked...Coors field, Mile High or Pepsi.
Pepsi is hit or miss though. Go to a nugs game, you're getting frisked. Go to an Avs game and you're not. LOL

 

Signs are not law.

Worst case is you get made ( stupidity ) and are asked to leave.
You dont leave, then you become subject to a trespassing violation.

 

I'm just saying keep an eye out for the law changing on a weekly basis. Because like I said in the last few months they were, they weren't, it just keeps switching back and forth.

 

I hear ya and I a not trying to be argumentative. As far as I have ever known signs never have been law unless you get made and things were to escalate beyond your being asked to leave the property

Also some places in Colorado (unsure as to where today,) open carry is legal, just not on private property in most cases.

 

I'm not either. Just saying be careful. I check this site all the time to make sure I'm within my legal right. The sign is law is the only one I have seen change back and forth in the past months.
