Can anyone recommend a mobile auto glass repair company in the east valley? My wife has a chip in her windshield and we're looking for a reputable place to perform a repair at a reasonable price. Thanks.

Won't insurance cover it? I would check with them. Usually for chips they wont even charge you a deductible.

How big is the chip? if it ain't that big, you can do it yourself less then $15.00 kits from Harbor Freight..

Chip is the size of a dime. Called insurance and the chick on the phone was the stupidest person I've talked to in a while. If I could find someone to do the repair for less than $40 I would just go that route.

yeah, that's big. You can't do it with kits from Habor Freight. They fix only small stuff.

What I should have stated was the chip and the cracks are the size of a dime.

For windshields I've always used Gerber Collision and Glass. they are mobile and will come to you and will handle all insurance claims. They also use PGW auto glass, the only brand I'll use. Most other place like safelite and other will use Generic OEM glass.

One can never have too many light bars.
My local carwash in Sacramento fixes chips for 35 for the first one and an additional 10 for every one after that. It's definitely cheaper to do it myself the extra money is worth the peace of mind cause I know it's done right.
