    The self paced would be perfect for you Susan. You walk and hold onto the handle and it goes as fast as you want, when you stop, it stops and quits pushing. It is so much better than a normal push mower. I've had mine for 2 years and it starts so easy and it is the easiest mowing i've ever done.

    I got a pretty basic Murray self proppelled at Home Depot about 9 or 10 years ago, never had any problems with it. Always starts on the first pull, even after sitting all winter. I don't remember how much it was, but I think it was under $300.00. Oh, and :wave:!

    I've got a 48" cut Craftsman Lawn Tractor I inherited from my in-laws but its way too much for my yard.

    Only useful for grinding up all the leaves. No more raking! :D

    I've got a big rear wheel Murray that's 9 or 10 years old. Still starts first pull, just hate emptying the bag. I haven't used it for years, but I think that's part of why I have SSSSOOOOOO many weeds, have just spread the weed seeds :( If I could find a better bag for it (need a new bag - the elastic that holds the flap closed is about non existent any more

    That's what I use mine for - get a better work out
