Just was at one of my car club BBQs and had a raffle going and won a stainless steel brake line upgrade for any vehicle. Now seeing how I already have this done on my track car I thought I might put it on my taco. Anyone else done this any pros and cons or kinda just ehh what ever?

Despite what people say and think, your brake pedal will NOT be harder.

Your brakes will not change in feel at all. They're just stronger lines. I have them because there's a chance I could damage brake line offroad.

Yeah. I had them on my GTR for the track. The brake fluid gets really hot, heating up the lines and possibly causing them to expand slightly and lose a bit of braking. biling brake fluid+rubber lines=no good!

Most tacoma guys switch over to stainless steel lines because they need extended lines for their lift.

Don't think many guys are tracking their tacos hard enough to boil the brake fluid hah
