I thought I heard a front LP wasn't required in TX anymore. From what I can find, that's not true. What happened is the state updated the law and accidentally left out what the punishment should be for not running a front LP, which means the court can assign it whatever they see fit. So really the court could take what used to be a class C misdemeanor, and give you a class B or A, or even worse if they really wanted to. That sucks....

Or, just leave the front plate on? Not that hard

I'm not going to take mine off unless they pass the law that doesn't require one... But if they do, I'll take it off that day. It's in house again right now, for the 100th time, so that really doesn't mean anything.

Looks. It is all about looks. I don't care if it is there or not; as long as they do not try to make me run a front plate on my bike.

I don't have a front plate and I've never been bugged about it. Even after a cop pulled me over for speeding he didn't say anything about the front plate. A state troop non the less

Keith; I find that last picture has offensive material in it. I do not mind truck nutz; but those "things" you have below your license plate are completely uncalled for.

That is a heck of a nice birthday present. How did your truck do on the roads?

The national park's roads are maintained pretty well so I am assuming it did okay. No epic stuckfest post showed up and that is a good thing.
