    Man, the 95-00 is so much easier.

    Pull face plate, remove bulb, put new bulb in.

    Here is a link to a recent thread about LED instrument and AC panel bulbs. They are different sizes.

    One of the post shows how to put the larger 194 bulbs (Same size as instrument panel bulbs) in the AC panel, but it does take some minor soldering. The results are great.
