Well, Ive discovered im addicted to an xbox 360 game called Prince Of Persia Fucking awesome game.

 

A quick update for those following the story: My mom is feeling much better today and has been taking antibiotics via IV all day. Everyone coming into the room had to wear masks and wash hands and such due to her white cell count still being low but today was the best she's felt in a few days which is saying a lot considering this is usually when she starts feeling bad from the treatments. Hopefully she continues improving so we can get back to fighting the cancer w/o distractions.

The nurse staff at MCR in Loveland is fantastic. I've spent enough time in hospitals to know when an employee is there for a paycheck and when an employee actually loves their job. The latter is pretty rare but somehow it appears as though MCR has managed to fill most positions with people like this. There were a few in the ER that didn't fit that description but if you're lucky enough to make it out of the ER and into a room upstairs you'll be in good hands. If all goes as planned and there are no hiccups she will be coming home tomorrow.

Thanks for all the well wishes and putting up with me the last couple of days raining on everyone's parade.

Good to hear man, I know all about the nursing staff situation, If theres anyone who knows his fair share of hospitals it me. Ive had nurses that had no clue what they were doing, Nurses that were chill and just made my hospital stay 100x better, And nurses that made me want to just shoot myself. Unfortunely ive even had some doctors that werent the sharpest tools in the shed.

But definitely glad to hear your mom getting better man, Hope the road to recovery continues with no bumps WBC is a crazy thing, I actually have constant High white blood cell counts because im always fighting an infection.
