Yeah, just read the news articles posting with the video. I would have done the exact same as the homeowners. Obviously there was no disturbance. No warrant. No entry.

 

Seems like it only happened a few days ago, so we might not be seeing both sides to the story. Supposedly the police responded to a noise complaint. It could be bullshit though, i heard the homeowner say there is no domestic disturbance here, so i am guessing we are missing part of the story.

 

I dont think so my friend. I live in norcal and can tell you that we have a shitload of freedom up here. If you dont know how to deal with a situation it can end like that but those cops would have acted quite differently if it was a police state. Sorry you think this way and best of luck to you

Ask any cop a domestic is the worst possible thing you can roll on. There is a whole lot more to that story then the utube.
