This has been great entertainment, it is sad that they are actually getting publicity from it, people are actually wanting to eat there now just because they want to see the train wreck (in turn bringing in profit, if they would actually open the doors).

In all honesty I would bet for the most part, most of the food is probably pretty good (when the pizza dough is cooked thoroughly). Most people don't have the taste buds that Gordon does. Their biggest problem (besides their attitude) is they have one person (Amy) trying to prepare 99% of the food herself causing errors, long ticket times, etc. All this partnered with their 150% lack of professionalism/skills and bad attitude makes for a huge disaster. As far as the store bought items, that happens at most places.

Plus, as far as it looks to me, they actually don't care if they MAKE money or not.

That'll definitely make running a bakery easier!

    My take on it all:

He was a rich player who met a gold digging barbie (despite her massive chin or lack there of, not really sure, she was probably pretty hot at one point) who needed him to finance her and her life. She feels she is gifted in the kitchen and as mentioned in the show, he invests over a million dollars in her restaurant. Even if the restaurant is not profitable, I'm sure they're doing okay.

Plain and simple, the girls is fucking nuts!!! You can even see at times on the show, that he wants to say something to her, but then he figures it is best to just let her have her way so he doesn't say what he is thinking.

Margherita, first attempt, I knew the fresh mozzarella would melt and spread, but it was a bit overkill (for margherita at least). It was still really good.

It actually was really good amount of cheese, we loved it. Just for a traditional margherita it is usually lighter on the cheese. It was really good though, I think I'm going to use only fresh mozzarella for all my pizzas now.

i have enjoined reading/watching all that is unfolding with these two.

i don't expect much from the sold out "relaunch" tomorrow.
they are going to be on their best behavior...and they, most likely, have "planted" all of the patrons by them or the PR firm.

this is just another attempt to "fight back" when they should just shut up.
