    I had a client that couldn't figure out why his septic was failing, turns out when he bought the house 20 years ago, he didn't like the bare spot in his front yard and planted an Oak. Roots right through the center of his field and infiltrating all the distribution lines.

    She had lived here since 1984 I believe. I don't think its been growing that long. We are still left wondering how she never backed up? Maybe she never wiped and threw it in the trash. (would not be a first time) We are going to dig it out this afternoon.

    Bought a brick ranch style house that was built in 1971. When I called the power company to set up service they said there was a repair that needed to be fixed before connecting power. I went to the house and opened the meter box and it has an old, loose jaw socket; doesn't hold pressure anymore. Any of you guys know how big a job this is for an electrician?
