I swear this truck keeps getting better and better! Did you have your allpro bumper when you got your 6" lift or was it the stock one? If it was stock did you have to do any trimming at all or anything? What kind of lift is it? Sorry I'm thinking of a 6" and your truck pretty much inspired me to do it ha. Keep it going man!

    thanks Jacob,

I had the stock bumper when i first got the lift. The only rubbing I really had was on the body mount at full crank. If you are going to be wheeling hard, you will want to look at trimming it back a bit. but I drove it like that for almost 2 years. because of where Toyota put the front wheels stock (towards the back of the wheel well) most of the rubbing is in there as opposed to on the front bumper.

I am getting ready to cut all my lift stuff off though because for what i want to do with my truck, the wheel placement/IFS are not working for me.

    btw, its a procomp kit

Oh okay got it. Yeah I'm not going to be doing too much wheeling but will definitely want to get out and do what I can. What exactly do you plan on doing with it?

talked to Kajo, got a quote, realized his shop is about twice as far as my other guy though up in Brunswick. So i have not decided yet, i will most likely stick with the Carrols rod and race though because i know he does great work and hes much closer.

well i got side tracked with a $50 dana 44 so i am all over the place again.

yeah and i am heading further and further back that direction...

Allpro is coming out with a 3-link SAS kit, but so much of their stuff is junk i am afraid to buy it.

It seems to me that you will be OK with any of these choices, just depends on how much you are willing to spend. Like Redz said, do it right the forst time, it will cost way more to have to do it all over again.

x2, I also had my Rear gears installed @ a local garage, and looked what happened had to send the 3rd to AZ to get fixed. payed for that twice, and I had to replace the front seals my self. shady installs.

also goes for the parts you put in your truck.

Just because they have an ok rep, doesn't mean there not going to rush your shit. you met Kajo, he flat out will tell you a good SAS will take 2weeks.
