    nope!

however know what is hard? Putting on a very snug fitting 75lb plate bumper by yourself, guess what i managed to do? Put on a very snug fitting 75lb plate bumper by myself.

also the new x box looks sexy! Dig the controller too, glad they didnt change much, think the design they have is perfect. i hate the PS controllers

also thank god they didnt call it the 720.

my bet is still on with aleks, that if my 1st gen 360 makes it to the release date of the new console he buys me a new one. Im gonna lol if it makes it.

I'm surprised it doesn't have 16 gigs... My laptop is basically obsolete and can't keep up with modern games now and it has 8 gigs of ram. Hell they quit making this laptop like 2-3 years ago now.

Yes and no. Modern titles with huge maps like Skyrim, Mass Effect 3, and Starcraft II (if they make that for consoles) use lots ram to load and run everything at once. Sure 8 gigs may be fine now but doesn't seem very future proof. Hell the 360 has been around for almost 10 years now!

My primary machines (and I'm IT and a geek) run 4GB of DDR2- I'm too poor to upgrade right now - I have 2 expensive hobbies between tech and my 4Runner.

    Someday...

When the Xbox 360 first came out it put like 99% of PC's to shame... but it wasn't more than a year later and PC's were back on top. I'm disappointed that there are already PC's out there that are years beyond this.

I'm disappointed they stuck with CD's too... I'm waiting for companies to switch to flash drives. USB 3.0 has got to be as fasr or faster than Blu-ray and it doesn't get scratched.

that depends on a lot of things, between the OS, what architecture (32 bit versus 64 bit) and how much background.

It's also dependent upon your graphics card, and how much memory is built into the graphics.

Depends on the screen resolution. If your gaming at 2560x1200...and shit load. And gpu memory.

LOL no they didn't. 360s don't even have quad cores. Or super dedicated gpu processing power.

My gaming rig now from 2008 looks more powerful then the new Xbox.
