The Trifecta takes 11 hours to run according to Trail Damage. So that would be a really long day adding in Metal Masher as well. Make sure you have rock lights. :D

Granted that it was my 1st time running it last year I thought it wasn't that bad. Yeah it was a long feeling day but we were always moving and we had 15-18 ish trucks last time. It will be easier and aster this time around cause a few know the trail and what to expect.

Yeah but there is already a 7am group and an 8am group. Unless they want to hit the trail at 6am, they're just going to get stuck behind everyone else.

    UPDATED CAMPING POST

LOOK FOR SIGN OFF 191 AT POLE CANYON ROAD. FOLLOW DIRT ROAD UNTIL YOU SEE CAUTION SIGN ON YOUR LEFT (AREA BFE ENTRANCE SIGN ALSO VISIBLE). FOLLOW REFLECTORS TO LOWER CAMPING

went and got a couple signs and reflector posts to help get people to BFE easier. look for a sign on the east side of 191 at pole canyon road. we'll also put a caution sign at the entrance of BFE where you will also be able to see the main BFE entrance sign. we have a handful of reflector posts that will be along the access trail to the lower camping area that will hopefully get you there without too much confusion.

    awesome:rolleyes:

running it with two trucks is totally different. I've run it in 5 hours with 3 trucks before. Sorry to break it to you but it's a whole different game with 10+ trucks.

Aren't you down there for the entire week? There's not another day you could run that trail?

friday seems like an open day for trifecta...just get back for the raffle..but that doesn't sound like it would be an issue

and run metal masher on thursday...won't be as many people on that trail as trifecta will be seeing on thursday
