    That was when we first bought our property in 1995 , I've since torn down the original house and built a new one , my payments are significantly higher now , lol

    NY trash men make 6 figures..... cost of living is higher and so is the pay

    and I'm pretty sure your rates are much lower now that your town is destroyed and 1/2 of it is condemned

    So OZ has been playing all of us. I was recently in the PNW where OZ resides and snapped this spy pic of his truck.

    MAYBE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A HOME HERE
    BUT RENTALS HAVE WENT THROUGH THE ROOF
    as there is no place for all displaced residents to live.....
    alot of people are still being put up in hotels some of them at the ritz,ect:eek:
    i live in a small apt upper floor of a cape
    which as you know has all sorts of crazy angles and makes lots of space usless and thats $1100 plus everything:mad:
    was looking a few weeks ago 2 bedrooms $1500and up:eek:

    From my vantage point in the bushes it almost seemed as though he installed the aluminum bumper ON TOP of the stock plastic one. Interesting.
