    No, I'm in culinary school. We have to take 6 weeks of baking (cakes, cookies, custards and breads) as part of our required classes.

    I'm not pastry-minded...I throw spices in until it tastes good. I don't do precise measurements.

    I'm more of a meat and potatoes and other vegetables kind of guy.
