How quick was their shipping? Did you go through Sierra Expeditions?

Ya I spoke with Cliff at Sierra Expeditions and then ordered online. The shipping was quick 6 days and would have been a day earlier but I wasnt available to receive it.

You guys got lucky. I was the first one to buy from them and I got hosed. It ended up being 45 days before I got mine.

It isn't "proven" here in the states yet. There are only minor things I don't like about it, but I am keeping my negative reviews away. For the money and the customer service it is the best lift out there. If you have any questions about my negative reviews, you can PM me ;)

I've had mine in for over a month. The biggest screw up I had was for the leaf spring poly bushings. I got sent 12 bushings of the same size, and after burning and smashing and whatever else to get the old bushing out I found out the ones they sent were way to big. Had to take them to a lathe...... Grind em etc. Also, the rear leaf springs were sagging right from the start just after the install with my aprox 700 lbs of weight. Probably a good inch lower in the rear. I have since added air bags.

Mine still rides great. Only neg review I'll post here is already posted. Leaf springs aren't meant for the double cab I don't think. I'll probably do the OMD treatment to them in a year or two. But, almost one full year with the lift and i'm still happy.

Btw, your bushings weren't too big. You probably did what I did and tried to fit them without the whole old bushing sleeve removed. We didn't see it for about an hour while installing them

I think you should post your negative reviews, it would only help in my eyes. I for one have been looking at this kit for awhile, so any review really helps. As long as its a constructive review and not a bashing..

No bashing on this involved. This is what I sent BostonBilly

Now let me expand on this a little more for those of you who have not bought it yet. It is an amazing lift. It holds exactly what it needs for those who don't HAUL a lot. It hauled great for me the first few times I used it... mind you this was in an access cab I used to have. Now that I have a DCSB, it seems like the added weight in the back has made it settle down a bit more. I can still haul a good amount of weight before I have any sort of flatness to the springs. But, you will have a small difference between left and right on your rear end. I think they added for the weight of the gas tank, but not as much as they should have.

If you are going to have a topper of some sort, or added weight at all times, I would look into a different leaf pack that is more suited to a higher year-round weight. Or, you can do the OMD (old man doug) mod to these as I plan on doing in the next year when I get to a U-pull junk yard and find some good springs to add.

The powdercoating on the front coils is soft. Mine chipped on just the drive from the shop to the house, and it has gotten progressivly worse. I would recommend, especially for those in a higher salt area to coat everything in sealant of some sort before installing these. I am in a low salt/snow area and I have some rust spots on the outsides of everything in less than a year. I believe IM4x4 doesn't use the greatest rust proof items because, well, it isn't very cold/snowy in Australia.

The shocks do a great job at dempening the bumps though. They are exactly what I needed for some of the dirt roads I go down. But again, the body of the shocks have some rust on them now.

So Brady, you know my truck is a dcsb, and im going to add probably a bakflip cover. You think that much added weight is going to make the rear drop too much? What about getting the lean spacer from toytec to help compensate for the lean? I was stuck on this kit b/c it replaces the whole leaf pack, now Im considering the eibachs/bilsteins with an add-a-leaf again. I dont know about paying all that money to have a leaf pack thats going to sag with a little weight again and have powder coating chipping on the first drive. Not to mention the leafs squeaking constantly....
