    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    How much performance are you expecting from them? It'll probably be minor in a daily driver. Just stick with what came from the factory, Denso or NGK plugs and since you have a V6 make sure you use the dual pronged electrode plugs because it what's recommended/required by Toyota.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    X2! Most plugs like the ones listed in the link have caused problems in the Toyota engines. Use the OEM plugs for best results.
