Thanks. That's near Carson Pass and the PCT in the Sierra Nevada last summer. My sigs are always behind the times. My old sig didn't show my "new" wheels I've had on for a year and a half. My new sig doesn't show the teardrop or the Homeroshi sitting in a box in my garage, both from this spring. I should have that sorted out in another 18 months or so....

Yeah... haha. Too bad that is all Southern Idaho consists of... haha No such thing as lack of traction when the rock is solid, but lava rock tends to be piles of little broken rocks...

well the hitch is really only for one obstacle haha.
and no brady. Mike has ya beat in every regard.
he is also seasoned and has a real job. so he has us beat haha

yes we have heard the story 100 times.

technically i have 3 as well, totaling 35ish hours a week in the summer, and a bit less during the school time when im a full time student .

we dont quite have lava rock out in the deserts my me, more just sandstone type desert rock and sand and dirt. a bit more forgiving than brady's shit he deals with.

 

He has me beat on the expo side I will admit that! and he can outperform me out in the dunes too just cuz my rear needs more up travel, but on crawling, I don't know man... haha We both have front and rear locker with 33's and a lot of armor and I am geared lower than him. Wow I just looked at the numbers and the 1st gen auto's 1st gear is really short! A factory 2nd gen auto in 4Lo is geared lower than 1st gen auto with 4.88's

The 1st gen auto's 1st gear is 2.8:1, 2nd gen 5 spd auto is 3.5:1.
The 1st gen 5 spd's 1st gear is 3.8:1, 2nd gen 6 spd is 4.2:1

Hell that mean all of you manual 1st gens with 4.10's are still geared lower than Mike.

That is why your trucks runs away on you down hill Lisa!!

No wonder your truck is so slow with 4.56's! Surprised it doesn't lug off the line with that 1st gear ratio. I wonder what the stall RPM is on your torque converter.

Ha ha I wheel up there when I go up there so I know. We have either hard slippery rock or sandpaper!!!! Oops I mean sandstone lol lava rock tears the fuck out of everything regardless of what it is.

And Brady yeah that is about right for lava rocks
