Yes! My sister lives about 15 minutes from me. So that means that I got the 3am call to watch her two year old when she went into labor. Then again, she watch my first kid when the second was born. But at least my wife was considerate enough to go into labor during sunlight hours.

Is this what it's come to? This is my only chance to be in the running for longest pointless thread?

I'm not sure whether to feel honored or dismayed

This site is a beatdown to catch up on if you don't keep up. Just going 3 days, and then being careful to only read the threads I really care about takes almost 2 hours to catch up!

First there was the nephew thing, now I'm refinancing my house. If any of you have been considering it, now is a great time. I'm getting 5.25% on a 15 year mortgage, which will make my payment lower than it is on 30 years today. Plus, with the Fed's latest rate reduction, my rate could float down more before we close.

I did. Oh, I read that thread. I just refuse to post on it any more. I actually did post to it before it became competition for me. Ironically, I even got a positive rep on one of my posts there. I'm not afraid to look at it. I've looked evil in the eye before.

:bananadance: :bananadance: Page 20! (for those with default thread page settings) :bananadance: :bananadance:

I hadn't done the bananadance on page 19 since it came so quick. But page 20 is such a nice round number it needs some celebration.

Hey, another page and this thread will be legal to drink!! I predict things will really get wild then.
