Saw this creeper peeping my truck at work.

Now that reaches a new pinnacle of filmmaking for our TW group.

I do carry a spare. Especially since my passenger side boot has been leaking grease for 5 months.

I'd love to make it. But I got a softball tourney in Portland this weekend. And moe is down at tillamook with his old man. Trying out his '92! Hopefully she holds together!
    Looking forward to pics tho!
And Tallon I'd bring my grass skirt from Hawaii. But I'm not sure you could handle it! Haha
Have fun and be safe fellas!

you really want that fixed asap. it leads to expensive probs fast, whereas a CV or even a boot and grease is cheap

I've never changed one before but I've read the write-ups. Wonder if this is possible tomorrow afternoon... Sean was going to give me a hand soon as he gets back from Moab but I don't think he's back yet.

    it ain't bad
just get a whole new one, swap 'em out, fix the old one and have it as a spare.
I think the toughest part is getting the old one pop out (honestly can't remember how I did it... I would say slide hammer but I don't have a slide hammer ). And the seal on the back of the spindle is easy to damage so you might want to get a spare before you start.

OK - well I've already got a replacement from RCV so that is covered. Will run to the dealership tomorrow but with work and stuff I may not get it completed. Did you get it done by yourself?

Yup, pretty crazy. Good thing we didn't decide on Walker this weekend :p

I was thinking about the 2000+ "observers" who piled on the bridge to watch...dumbasses.

Hahaha walker is the exit RIGHT before that, as in about 500 feet before the bridge itself.

It's funny you say that, the people surrounding it all just wanted a picture of the bridge. I heard it first called on the radio and didn't believe what they said at first, then I heard it again and knew it was gonna be bad. The amount of people who responded is ridiculous. We had multiple crews from 20+ miles away bringing swift water rescue teams to look for people, and we were getting mixed reports of people in the water 1.5 miles downriver. The guy who was sitting on the orange car in the water I went to school with.

I also did a live interview on Q13 last night... :spy:

I was thinking about checking the directions to Walker before I posted that...now I feel like a dumbass

I think it's great that there were so many first-responders, but all the damn looky-lous piss me off.

    This quote is priceless:
“We want to make sure we don’t see events where interstate bridges drop into the water below them,” Hersman said.

    Link to the interview??? :D
