Picked up these on sale at the market:

Proceeded to sautee them in garlic and chives:

When they were cooked, I plated them and began to make some sauce for the crabs:

    back to bone stock.
it is those quick pour tops. "store and pours". flys lay eggs in them. my brother helped out ATF once. they were cross training. they went into bars and checked for those tax stamps on bottles. the ATF guy told my brother if you shined a flashlight in the bottles..especially the sweeter ones, you will see flies and larve. 100%.. my brother said he saw so many bugs.

my brother will not drink well drinks. buy from the top shelf where they put the lid back on :)

That makes a lot of sense, especially in a place like this where they don't get a lot of drink traffic so the bottles can stay for long periods of time undisturbed, and even fanatical outside cleaning won't solve the issue.

    +1 for you, good sir!

Don't have any more photos, but here is the recipe:

Start with one pound of thinly sliced beef round and/or white fish fillet (flounder works nicely) and a bag of corn tortillas. Also have the following diced on a serving dish to garnish the tacos:
Plum tomatoes, red onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and kimchi of your choice.

Stir fry the meat in garlic and add some hoisin sauce and wine to it for flavor. If you are using fish, then broil the fish with some garlic and wine. Once the meat and/or fish are cooked, you can plate it.

Next, toast the tortillas in a pan on a stove. At the table, hungry family members/guests assemble their own tacos by adding meat/fish to the tortilla(s) and then garnishing it with the tomatoes, red onions, peppers, cilantro, and kimchi.

Chicken is a good addition to a smoker session. These quarters were done in three hours as the pork & brisket will be more like eight!
