Rebuilding shocks is super easy. You guys could do it in a day and not have your truck down waiting. You need a set of picks and a cresent wrench. You can buy shock oil from SDHQ and then you will have enough for too rebuilds because your shocks arent that big. It would cost you about $100 in oil and parts. Good way to save money

I had no problems with the adjustment system at all except for the holes being far apart. I would prefer to have a top adjusting system. As well the different options for valving. I like how these ToyTecs are valved but want something a little more adjustable.

Got a set of tacoma spindle with brakes, pressed in a new set of UBJ,new set of banjo brake lines, and pretty much a direct swap, also put in a 1/4" top out spacer, My abs lights came on ever since my truck got drowned, the speedo stopped working after the drowning, and it came back on, then 2 weeks ago it intermittently stop working and it would come back, now its fucking dead.

Yep cause when you lose one ABS sensor it can't properly read speed as 4runner are based off the wheels speed sensors. Bet if you replaced that abs sensor it would work ;)

Bet you if he replaced it with a solid axle it would work.

I was going to get rid of ABS with a mod I know. Well two mods but I can't do it cause there is no speed sensor in the tail housing on the tcase but I will be fixing that soon and then it is good by ABS and TRAC for good lol keep an eye out for it cause I will post it to my build thread :)

Ha ha um I think thy would actually make it have less chances of working lol then there would be no speed sensors lol but I concure with the solid axle idea lol

Nice! I should have went remote res when I lifted my current one but I went 5125's. I'm taking the rear sway off once I weld the pan hard on. Armor is next, so I can wheel this one. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1369670766.461261.jpg

I kept the front and rear because I'm 99.5% on road, plus if you over flex the rear, your springs come out haha
