True, I do like the compressor. I think I'm going to get a little portable one and then maybe eventually get on mounted in the engine. I had a really random open area that would fit one haha

Some day in the very far future I'll run an air locker in the front, and keep my e-locker until it breaks. For now I plan on just going with co2

I can't decide if I want to SAS mine someday...that's why I'm not really thinking about getting a front locker.

I might end up inheriting 2001 4 door Tacoma from my grandma...it's 2WD but I could DD that and then SAS mine haha

...or SAS the 4 door... -ponder-

I know for a fact il never get that serious into off roading. A nice DD with a good set of MUDs and a good set of ATs would be enough for me :)

I like to have a couple different things going at a time :)

Nothing says you have to wheel it. Solid axles just look sexy. :D

Whenever I do get another DD (Tacoma or Duramax) This one will either just be a nice mid-travel expo rig, or I'll get creative and SAS :) Depends on funds really.

And please DO NOT SAS if you're not going to use it! Although it does look nice....

    Haha you can dream :D

If I go with another Tacoma, it'll either get a modest 3" lift or a 6" and be my tow rig for my 1st gen.

If I go with a Duramax, it's gonna get a small lift with some tuning.

My dad is about to H&S tune his 6.4 powerstroke. I think he told me it would be 240 more horsepower....

A sport diesel would be fun, Like a 2wd Cummins on meth injection would be pretty badass. Run like high 10s haha.

    Nice haha

The tune I want if I get a Duramax costs $900.... Will give it 425 more horsepower and 620 more torque at level 10. But if you run at that level continuously you'll blow the trans haha

    Level HP Torque
    1 40 97
    2 90 160
    3 120 200
    4 160 240
    5 220 332
    6 270 400
    7 300 460
    8 315 480
    9 330 503
    10 425 620

Ford has the interior, Chevy has the allison and Dodge has the Cummins. Combine those three and youve got a perfect diesel.

Only good thing about a Duramax is there's an Allison sitting behind it! haha

Eh, it more or less comes down to personal preference in my opinion. This battle has been fought by bros for years. ;)

Some things will never be settled. People will stand behind a brand no matter how shitty other people think about it, If you are happy and satisfied then thats all that counts.
