30 and younger thread

Yeah. This is the first time I've taken classes online and I'm stupid for not doing it sooner. They are super easy. They have two professors lecturing with powerpoint slides that follow along (which is cool) and they are about an hour long each.

My one class has a 10 question quiz on the lecture, 10 question quiz on the reading (which I don't have the book yet so just been googling stuff), and 5 question "video case" which have just been like 5 min long videos about "how I made my business and what I do". The questions can be as easy as "when was the business founded?". Those are due weekly but we can work ahead as much as we want. Then we have an exam every now and then.

My other one is ONLY a weekly quiz and some problem sets. No exams or anything.

 

I did some of my high schooling online and it was pretty easy. I remember when i used to only go to school for like two classes and then go home lol. Hang out with people on there free periods and just chill all day. It was pretty cool.

 

thats pretty cool, my online classes are forums like this. we have to post a topic in the beginning of the week, and reply to two other people's topics by the end of the week. super easy. my math course just requires you do to 25 problems per week, and two exams (mid term, and final). but classes are only 8 week long..

 

Mine run from May 20 to the beginning of August for some reason. But I'll finish then early.

 

no shit, thats long. how many do you take at one time though? i can only do 2 at a time... so since they are half the time of normal classes, its just like taking 4 normal ones for 16wk semesters.

I'm taking two. Not sure if there's a limit with ours. Yeah they run long but we can finish as fast as we want which I plan on doing. I think they just give you the whole summer to do it. My one class already has everything posted so if I wanted to I could finish it all in like a week if I was crazy enough lol. It just wouldn't get graded until the due date has passed.

 

I could never handle taking tons or notes, shit drove me up the wall sometimes.

 

So is this the thread where all the old people hang out?
