Bear complex is brutal......I usually do traditional complexes in the 6-8 rep range. Your cardio/strength endurance will go through the roof! Fuck the curls and kick backs fellas, that's how men should be training......de-sissifiy this country!

Here's the new summer gym....Urban Caveman! 300lb tire flips, pull ups, muscle ups, dips and barefoot sprints across the field!

I have never seen a Bear Complex, but I will say that takes as much flexibility as it does strength. That guy is no joke.

I can see some kid trying to do this, dropping the weight on his neck and/or trying to catch the weight behind his head with his wrists.

Personally, I'd eat more protein and fat and keep carbs just high enough to support energy. High carb diets don't end well in the long run......look what the 80's did to us (low fat and over processed carbs).

    Just my .02

Yea, I was going to recommend something similar. I'd cut out all that fruit/fructose in the morning and instead eat eggs and bacon/sausage for breakfast.

Also, I know there is a lot of controversy about amount of protein needed, but how much do you weigh? Seems like your protein numbers are high, but you also might be a big dude.

Seems like you're trying to get all your calories from carbs and low fat proteins. Are you purposely trying to avoid fat intake?

    2 PB&J sammies.. not really . and it's natural :D

Typing this message I already burned 100 calories

MORE protein than 330 grams? Whew...

First.. I can't shit anywhere until 4 pm due to my job. Egg's DEMOLISH my insides. I eat 6 eggs on the weekend or more. Bacon and sausage are super unhealthy... ultra greasy.. Can't imagine I'd last more than 3 hours before pooping my pants.

I am not trying to avoid fat intake, it's just the food I eat isn't based around alot of fat. The diet is super similar every day, but there is differences in things every now and again. Almonds and cashews are thrown in every other day or so. I also eat cottage cheese alot, regular cheese on weekends (with eggs) and other random little things.

I only weigh 178# I just get alot of protein, lots of chicken.. I try for 2g per 1#.
