Yeah, definitely sounds like something wasn't installed correctly at only 10,000 miles.

im going to take the truck back and have someone look at it. I did the math and i actually have only 8 thousand miles on new axles. Hopefully fixing this will stop the front end from sounding like a load of crap

I survived doing the rack bushings. not as bad as I thought. Just had to take your time and everything comes together.
It took some engineering with the ratchet straps to get the rack out so I could get to the middle bushing out.

I pretty much keep the engine clean, so it does not take much, but I have used Gunk Engine Degreaser - the heavy duty gel works the best.

Got the truck back from the body shop yesterday. Went from this:

    And now:

I'm going to clay bar and polish the cab to see if I can get it to match closer. I didn't want to pay to paint the whole rear, roof and other side to blend the back. New mirror should be here tomorrow. Also did the cluster led's and shift lights.

Nice. I need to do mine as well but I'm dreading it. I think I'll have a shop do it when I get an alignment because I'm lazy.

X2 and what kind of of flag pole do you guys use? Do you have to get a special flag pole for a decent sized flag?

Will the A-frame not swing down any farther or is the base of the shock not square withe the A-frame mount. May have to jack up the lower A-frame to help compress the shock to get ot to slide into place.
