Rotate your knuckles and C's, go with a CV front driveshaft and wheel next week.

Yeah that would destroy these knuckles. The ultimate knuckles are welded inside and out I would have to buy new inner knuckles and just hack these off "Thought about it" But then i said the True Hi-9" is a way better option sure I'll have to wait for it but in the long run it's the best option. And the front drive shaft is a CV shaft in the picture above the drive shaft is maxed out and the front is not even at full droop so even rotating the pinion angle I would have to strap the front. If i couldn't return this diff I would strap the front end at about 6" of down and run it for the next 3 months wile I waited for the Hi-9" but west coast diff is going to take this one back and only charge me a 20% stocking fee.

Me a Jason did a little light wheeling with his buddy and maxamillion2345 up in Tahoe on Saturday. Going down a steep hill Jason says "I have no brakes!" I'm like no your just sliding because the hill is so soft and steep. He's like NO i have no brakes i know my truck! Were in 4low so it was slow going down the hill we get to flat ground and the brake pedal go's to the floor. we get out a check and a stick or something hit the brake line and opened the bolt on the caliper. The fucker was squirting brake fluid when the brakes were applied. Jason tightened it up and they were good so we went and hit some jumps and whoops :burnrubber:

MAN! i just thought about it I moved my upper link frame side to the back bolt on the bracket and didn't change my caster back to 6 degrees it was at 12 degrees  I adjusted to 6 and were looking a whole lot better. here is full droop and the where the drive line starts to bind I'm going to machine the CV to get some more out of it I might just have enough to not need the HI-9 right now. i think I'll still get one later down the road but for now if i can get this line to fit I'm running it!

Cut the tube to rotate the knuckles. Lots of people do it that way since its easier than removing the C for the axle tube.

That is an option as well that would be the easiest way to do it for sure.

I dont think i'm going to return this diff i'll see if it binds and if it does i'll strap it that way i can still run 4wd. I dont want to waist my summer waiting for the hi-9 i might pick one up in the fall but for now i'm running it with what i have.

Yeah it should be fine i had about 12" of travel before the drive shaft was modified I'd be happy strapped at 13" for this season.
