Flip a coin. Both are phenomenal brands that will serve you well.

    Personally, I went Superwinch.

Both are good. My dad has an old Warn in his '72 GMC and a newer Warn in his rhino. I have a superwinch on my rhino. Neither of us have ever had a problem with either. I have neither in my taco though.

I was in the same boat as you trying to decide....finally bought a super winch talon 9.5 SR yesterday for $919 shipped.

better warranty than WARN, better synthetic line, better braking system, better ergonomics, better waterproofing, better max pulling (four wheel drive magazine testing) better looking, better pricing....

I vote Warn. Never has let me down. Plus I don't have a good place to mount a broom that the Superwitch would require.

I voted Warn. That's the only brand I've owned. I've had two

Been pulled out by both and have done a lot of rescuing others with my Warn. Get either and you're good to go (or get stuck).

Just a bunch of old crap
Both are great brands now. However, Superwinch let their quality go a while back, but in the past few years they stepped it back up in the quality department. In the meanwhile, Warn quality never faded.

I vote Warn for this reason. That's why I bought one, too. Otherwise it's a tie.

Where you going to mount it on the broom stick? Gonna mess up the balance point, ruining all aerodynamics. ..
