    Tex lives in a pretty nice part of Arlington, probably one of the nicest I have seen around that area.

    Pass; apartment life sucks. Where are you going to keep your rig? Girls feel like they are dating a loser when hanging out in an apartment. Also, your neighbors will almost always be assholes.
