Alright Dean, I have spent the last couple months while deployed drooling over your truck again. I have been looking on Demello's website and don't see the swing gate that's attached to your rear bumper. Was this a special order? I want the simular set up with high clearance bumper and swing gate/fuel attachments. I am also really liking the Pelfrybuilt sliders w/ inserts and their front bumper. Thanks for pointing me in that direction as well.

The rear bumper was a custom build and they had to have it in the shop to complete it. Call them up and they may be able to work something out without your truck being there. Another option is pelfreybuilts rear bumper with the swing out.

I am a huge Pelfreybilt fan. I would definitely talk to him he is easy to work with in order to get you what you want.

Hey I was looking around for how to relocate my trailer plug to the bumper and came across your write up on a different forum. Just wanted to say thanks for doing that write up! I did relocated mine last week.

I did mine on friday. I used a 2" hole saw. I trimmed away all of the plastic around the main piece. I used a big hose clamp to keep it from pulling out and filled it in with silicone. I think it turned out great!

Added a Frontrunner roof rack this week. Here are a few hints for anybody that is going to tackle this sweet addition to their truck. You guys are only getting iphone pictures for now.

Buy yourself a 3/4" hole punch. I got mine off Amazon and it was a set for $9.99.

Line up the holes correctly on the roof drip moulding. You know the old saying of "measure twice, cut once," well lets add to that and "measure 10 times so you only have to cut fucking once or else the fucking holes are off and you get pissed off." Yes, this is a pain the ass if the holes don't line up correctly.

Assemble your rack and place your stuff where you want them. I have added Frontrunners hi-lift mount and a wolf pack box is on its way. I modified Rotopax's universal mount to put the fuel cans on the roof.

Mount the rack to the mounting tracks when complete :)

Looks really good. Are you going to add a fairing to help with wind deflection or are you thinking of putting a LED bar up there?

40" LED will go up there but I am thinking about putting a lexan wind screen up there.
