Ouch. Did the chain cause any more damage?

Wonder if you had your chain too tight or too loose.

mom got her brand new 883 today, thing is BEAUTIFUL(coming from a sportbike guy :) )

she had trouble driving it home, she couldnt flat foot it( she said she could when she sat on it at the dealer, but she never sat it up when she sat on it so that obviously was a mistake) so she was pulling out of the HD parking lot because she couldnt flat foot it at the stop sign so i honked and told her to pull over and let me ride it home, because i wasnt gonna watch her wreck a brand new bike or hurt herself. she didnt like it but i made her let me ride it home for her, i had to wear her helmet, little gay half face with flames on it that was way to tight on my big head lol), anyway i asked her not to ride it until the lowering kit comes in and i can put it on for her.

    Nice.

That's the problem with sportster's they all sit high. I can't flat foot mine either, but once I got use to it wasn't a problem.

Guess it depends which mood I'm in. Street Triple R is an arrow slip on and the bonneville se has a full arrow kit (sounds AWESOME).

R spec doesn't come with Ohlins. Daytona 675R does. ST3R gets standard adjustable Daytona suspenders. With that said, my '12 Street R is telepathic and the upright riding position is comfy. If you are interested in one...take a ride...you will love it. :D

Just put on Tech Spec tank grips the other day.

^^^what this guy said. However ohlins would be nice the set up it has is super nice for a naked sport bike. Handles amazing, power delivery is much more fun on the streets than my zx6r ever was and its comfortable. If you have the ability to take one for a test ride, DO IT!!
