    Hey, did anyone else get a light that didn't work?

    I went to hook up my 4" square light on my boat and nothing....

    No flicker, no sound nothing.....I know the outlet works because I can hook up a bait pump to it and it works fine....

    I tried sending trek lights a PM a few weeks ago but no reply...

    Do these lights have an internal breaker or fuse that may be tripped? That's what it seems like....

    Was there any type of warranty or repair station mentioned in this sale?......Thanks Warren

    Troys website says there is a 1 year warranty, email him at info@treklights.com or call his business phone (561) 316-8430. I dont think he has been around the forum in awhile. Maybe someone else can help you troubleshoot it and make sure that the light is in fact faulty.

    Haha.....Nope, not possible the wires are backwards...

    I have it wired up with a Bosch relay and a switch and even went directly to the battery and a 12 volt power
    Supply and got nothing....

    Is there a way to crack these lights open so I can see if the wires
    Are OK inside?

    Once you open it, your warranty is done.

    Plug the light leads directly onto your battery.

    Might be a fault in the switch

    Straight to the battery was one of the first things I did :(

    I'm not expecting him to get back to me and I'm actually not as pissed as I thought I would be....

    It may not work but at least I got something :) i Was really hoping there was a breaker button around here I was missing.... Can I try 24volts?

    In a few weeks I'll be posting a video of this light Disappearing under my 265/75/16 Michelin ATX.......
