Allignment question

I know this probably belongs in teh tires and wheels section, or suspension section, but i know i will get faster answers and more answers here. I need to get my front end alligned, but i'm also getting new wheels next week (i hope). if i get my front alligned today, then have the new rims put on next week usingmy existing tires, do i need another allignment or will it be ok?

 

oh well, i just got it done. i am going out of town this weekend. its about a 3 hour trip both ways and i dont want to start an uneven wear pattern on my new tires. so i may just have it checked next week to see how the new rims affect my ride

You'll be fine.
Did you mention to the alignment shop that you were getting new wheels? Sometimes the alignment shops will allow a re-check after new tires/wheels are installed if you have an issue after they are put on. Never hurts to ask up front...but since you have already done it, not sure what can be done if a problem arises.
