Right now my boss is waffeling on giving me the 11th off. If i don't get the 11th off it doesn't mean i won't make it to the meet it just means i won't be available until i get off. I work at the post office in helotes so i'm not far from cline Ranch.

What i wanted to ask yall is if yall would be able to make it if we moved it to 4th of july weekend. I'm off cause it's a government holiday, but i also know yall have families and may already have plans for the 4th and might not make it. Just a feeler to see if we should move it to the 4th or leave it as is.

    Here's a bump, albeit a disappointing one...

I already have plans for the 4th. While I will be in San Antonio, I'll bet dollars to donuts the girlfriend's family won't want to go off-roading.

Cool, will be good to finally put some faces with names.

It looks like it's about 5min away, but the property isn't on the lake.

Yes, yes I have, I got the 11th-12th reserved the only other reservation he had was for the 4th of july weekend by SAJE a jeep club. Be at the gate at 8:30am-9:00am so we can sign in and pay and get in. I mentioned to him we would be having other trucks trickle in throughout the day since we were coming in from all over the state. We need 5 volunteers to be here at this time, since right now i'm not sure i can be there in the morning.

That's the plan I'm implementing. I'm trying to scrounge up a bigger cooler too.

Yeah, I'm bringing my 180qt 7 day marine cooler. I could probably fit in it.
