Last thing on my mind during training is eating. Can't eat afterwards either. Drink a protein shake or 32 oz. Nestle Quick low fat chocolate milk. Eat whole food about an hour or two later.

You don't need a supplement for every thing.

Nice, I need to make a sandbag but keeping dragging my feet. Made a couple med balls from basketballs that have held up for a while.

Stupid, I bet this dude couldn't run a mile if he tried.....legs would fall off from chafe. I understand the BB world is about looks but the old school guys had it right by focusing on "real" strength. Mastering bodyweight, hand balancing and crazy feats of strength and also took care of their bodies for longevity. Jack Lalanne was doing one arm finger tip pushups in his 90's!

screw all that 'looking like a body-builder' crap, i can't even tell where ^that guys knees are. i want to look like this (brad pitt in fight club/snatch):
    [IMG][IMG]

what kind of workout do i need to be on to look like this? i am already dieting (4-hour body/slow carb diet) and have lost close to 20 lbs in 5 weeks (still need to lose another 20-30 lbs, though). my current workout routine is Monday (2+ mile run then squats, lunges, dead lifts), Wednesday (2+ mile run then pull ups, shoulder press, curls, in and out shoulder fly, cable curls, rows), Friday (2+ mile run then dips, dumbell press, skull crushers, incline cable fly, flip grip cable tricep extension), supplemented with occasional running and abs on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays/sundays.
    any thoughts?
i'm thinking once i start cutting more weight i may have to focus my ab workout on a more "plank"-style workout.
