The guys at the shop said the bed was really light. My guess is that it's a two man job (and two saw horses ;) )

Wish I could slam my truck without all the problems of rubbing and stuff :( only way I can see doing it is making a false floor in the bed which I'm not really willing to do. I think I'm as low as ill be going.

Beefed Blocks are now in dah house, yo...

My cat wasn't happy that he didn't fit in the box they came in, though :p

As I suspected, I had called Brian several times and changed my order from 4" blocks to 3" blocks, yet these are 4" blocks. However, after seeing jmarquez808's truck with 3" blocks + 4x4 leafs and liking it's stance, I guess the 4" blocks will be fine since I have OEM leafs. I was hoping that with 3" blocks, I'd have a little more clearance and maybe be able to avoid getting air bags for supporting loads, but I guess I'll probably have to go that route anyway.

The StreeTaco.com blocks certainly do look well made. One thing I hope remains sturdy is the seem on the tube used for the main part of the block. On my old DJM 4" blocks (pictured below), the seem was in the back (shown) of the block and it started splitting. The pick below is from when the blocks were new, before the seem started splitting. These blocks replaced the crappy DJM aluminum blocks that I had prior and had started disintegrating... literally.

Now if the shop my truck is at gets the notch done sometime soon, I can finally get my truck out of the clouds 'cause I have all the parts to lower it

    Cat smelled beeeef!!!! Lol

Those should be perfect if you don't have the 4x4 leafs like you said. I got a tiny bit of rubbing on my driver side rear probably from a couple epic dips on our crappy freeway here. I think only those rear bolts on the fender just barely touched the tire. As for loads shit I'm probably gonna have to trim the fenders a bit. I need some bags in the back for sure. But I gotta find somthing that will mount even with a rear sway bar!! Not sure what to use.

Id think you be safe with the 4" and qa1's idk how much you haul if its minor things qa1s should be fine unless i mean you haul like some heavy duty stuff
then bags might be the best bet

In the winter, I throw 200 lbs. of weight in the back to give myself at least some chance of getting through the snow. By spring, the roads around here start to buckle and my last truck would bottom-out all the time with the combination of bad roads and weight in the back. Sooo... I'm pretty sure bags are in my future this time around.

Not only that, occasionaly I'd needed to move something heavy and could never use my truck because it seemed that anything over 200 lbs. would mean all-sorts of bottoming-out and/or tires rubbing on the fenders. Once agains, bags seem to be the solution.

Um... yah, that's exactly the thing I don't want happening any more. I can't afford to shred $200 tires :( The Air Lift Kit #59564 is the one that fits our trucks. However, note that Air Lift says their kit doesn't fit X-Runners because of the swaybar. Some X-Runner Underground members have modified the kit slightly to try to keep the air bag from rubbing on the sway bar.

I had a Hellwig front and rear swaybar on my last truck and they seem to work just fine. Not as pretty or as fat as the XII Performance bar, but I liked how my truck handled (Note that I don't race or auto-cross my truck, so I don't know that the bars are good for anything but street).

With the XII Performance bar, does the kit come with mounting hardware for non-X-Runners? I think all XII products are designed for X-Runners which already have built-in mounting points for swaybars and our trucks don't.

Shit I'm hoping taking out those bolts you see in the picture will save me from most of the rubbing
Yah I'm just riding on the street too. I just want improved handling. Nope the xii doesn't come with any mounting hardware but luckily I found an ex forum member who had it installed then sold his truck. Got all the hardware I need just need the sway bar. Think I'm gonna order it next week!!

So i just got fucked in the ass Varrstoen sent different wheels to the shop i ordered em from and they were meant for another customer and now they told the shop they won't be able to send my wheels till 21st and I'm fuckin fed up and so is the shop so i talked with the boss and told him i wanna cancel with varrstoen and he is cool with that but i also told him to quote me on a different wheel
I currently have 20" staggered Stance wheels that i will prolly sell to my cousin
    and Im looking on ordering
19x9.5 +20 SC-5 Stance wheels on 245/35/19 small stretch 1" smaller diameter tire
exactly the same color as my 20's just in 19's and same size all around

i dont wn the 20's cuz i want to run smaller diameter tires and anything smaller than 245/35 is too small of sidewall
also they are staggered, have some flaws, and offsets are all wack but i bought em for cheap so ima sell em for cheap

    What you guys think??
if the price is right ima just do it
