    Anyone go to the 500 this past weekend? I was heading to our next pit location just north of San Felipe on the 5. A Tacoma passed us doing over a hundred. We caught up a couple miles later. He went off the side of the road. Ripped the truck in half. They were stuck inside. Drunk. Some barely conscience. 5 total. One died while we were there. None wearing seatbelts. I think the only reason the other 4 barely survived was because they were drunk. Not going into the gorey details but it was the worst thing I've seen. I took a picture of the truck but am not going to post it.

    Race was good though.

    Yes single car. It was a 2nd gen. He went off the highway bounced through a ravine and flipped.
    It changes you when you see something like that.
    Sucks man. Everyone on our team was pretty quiet the rest of the night.
    It was a little modded. Lift and tires. Did'nt notice anything else.
    2nd gen, 4 door. It was on the highway and drove off.
    Sad indeed.

    Another side note on the crash, somehow there was still a beer bottle in the door. The crash was at 7pm. When we left and went to our destination, ambulances were barely in route around 8-830. One of them came driving by us on a dirt road and got stuck in sand. Took us 20 minutes to get him out. He was heading to the accident. Then 30 minutes later we see three more go by. It's crazy how long it took to respond. Wouldn't surprise me if more died. They don't have helicopters for Mexicans.

    To finish the trip off, yesterday only three cars away from crossing the border and they stop everyone. Border patrol holds a van a few lanes over at gunpoint and arrests 5 white people. No idea why.
