Just don't go to the website to look at it. That confirms you've received it.

You have to be directly served, otherwise how do they argue that you received it? That's what makes this form of ticket bullshit

All you have to do is fill it out saying it wasn't you. It asks for the person it is, but under AZ you are not required to tell them. At that point they would have to prove to a judge that it was you driving.

My mom has gotten two in my vehicles, worked every time.

Or just loose it until they take the next step and serve you, they are trying to serve some, but can't get around to even half of them.

Have the car registration go to a PO box then they just get lost all the time, and process servers are not going to hang around a PO box waiting for you.

There are photos of the truck and it's clear as day my wife is driving. She also is registered to the truck as well.

I told her to just wait till they serve her.

I still want a nice resolution copy of that pic!

They have 90 days to serve you. I got one in my wifes car that "I lost". About 2 months later they came to the house. I wasn't home but the car was in the driveway. My wife answered the door and he asked, "is that your vehicle?" she responded yes and he handed her the violation notice and said have a nice day.

Could I have fought it and won? Possibly. But I was wrong and it wasnt worth the time.
