Sport wheels added.
it's a 4 cylinder. It is what it is. Muffler or cat back will add a little more noise, dry air filter up front. If you want to put a header on it, then that's about it. Put your money towards other stuff.

A CAI does nothing for the 4 cylinder, nothing. You wasted your money on that one.

I notice you have a CAI installed. What kind of performance are you trying to gain - HP increase or MPG increase? As far looks, you could lift your truck & put bigger tires on your truck? Do you plan to do some off-road?

Like what GoBlueFan said, you could get an aftermarket muffler. How you MOD your truck will affect the MPG and HP.

Aside from a Muffler and Air Filter - You have a CAI, so that's off the table. I wouldn't waste too much on performance.

You should check out Toytec.com and check out the Toytec ultimate lift kit. That's what I'm going to get, and IMO a 3" lift is perfect.

it's a suspension lift. check it out for yourself. there are coilover shocks in the front which will lift your truck about 3" and there is an AAl with the rear bilstein's in the back, which will level out the 3" lift in front.
