What the shit? You look like an old man in this pic. If you didn't post it, I wouldn't believe it was you. Still kind of don't.

This might sound silly at first but it never hurts to stretch. preferably after a work out. You can also try to stretch in a bathtub while sitting down, if you have one of the long ones, just fill it up with hot/warm water that you can handle (throwing in some epsom salt is optional) and stretch like this...

but don't just limit yourself to those kinds of stretches. Stretch your abdominals too, you're sitting in a chair all day aren't you? Just stretch everything! Sitting in front of a computer all day typing, stretch your chest too.

A lot of problems can be solved by stretching. I'm not saying this is your case, but it never hurts to stretch. :)

it seems like my forearm is super tight, when i try to bent my fingers bacl to touch the bar, it feels like all my tendons are about to snap, and its a very sharp pain.

Yea, I think I have like two fingers on the bar when I do front squats. You do any other lifts that incorporate the front rack position? More then likely it's just a lack of mobility. Stretching should help.

In the meantime, you can wrap your lifting straps around the bar, like it was your wrist, then grip the tail a couple inches up from the bar. Using the same form as if you were in the front rack position. Your hands will just be gripping the straps instead of the bar.

i would really like to actually grab the bar, not just for front squats, but for stuff like clean&press or just standing barbell shoulder press. cuz right now when i do pressing movement i use my arms to hold the weight, instead of it resting on my shoulders.

Yea, sounds like a mobility issue. Need to work on stretching it out. I have an article I'll post up with some stretches once I get on my computer. Has the dude Kelly from mobility wod on there I believe.

I wanted some support for the hand since the joint thats getting fucked is the lower thumb, where the thumb meets the wrist

wrist wraps would work, but these gloves work better

just look like a megadouche with gloves and vibrams. bahaha
