    Dude, If I could swing it, I would gladly pack up a few hundred pounds of tools and come help you in Paradise. I bet I could even talk Jeanne into it. She could pretend she was running Iron Man while we do man stuff. Hm, that sounds weird. I've never done UCAs, but yeah, it seems it is all about that adapter slug for the top of the spindle, and the big bolts can be a bit of a pain to get out. Lots of people cut them off and get new ones and put them in backwards because it is easier, IIRC.

    Check out JDMCQ's writeup. It insn't comprehensive, but he does show the adapter and a fabbed pulling tool to pull out the old. Also help to put the new adapter in the freezer before install. Again, IIRC. All hazy, never done it myself, but was looking into LR UCAs myself a while ago. But some clues for yous.

    I think mine were about 40 each from rockauto. might as well replace both as long as you're tearing into the truck. I got the Moog ones because they are greaseable. Some people have complained about the grease zerks popping out but I haven't had any problems with mine so i don't know if that was only certain models or a certain batch that was bad.

    I bought them through rock and then had a shop put them on. seemed to be more trouble than i wanted to take on
