I cant wait to start pumping again! This surgery is definitely going to leave me sore as shit for the next couple months, Il probably start out with bands and real light free weights, Work Chest, Triceps and Abs completely seperately, then Back and BI then legs.

So I tried that bear complex this morning. Only did it with 100lbs and that shit kicked my ass. Only issues I had were with the overhead press. I did 3x5 and was out of breath on the 5th one every time.

Saw guys curling in the squat rack on Tuesday. If I see them again, I am going to give them the 45lb fixed bar, and ask for the power rack.

When i was doing front squats, my wrist started to get sore. I have small wrists so its hard on them. I prefer the back squat more these days.

Also just started doing overhead barbell squats. Now those are tough! Warm up with 45lb bar X5 then i add 10lbs on each side for 5 reps. Really good strength and balance work out. You can really feel it in your lower back. I like to throw it in with my deadlift days.

what gear you do guys bring to the gym, or in your gym bag? also what do you guys wear to the gym?

my gym bag has the following:

    cheap walmart wrist wrap
    cheap walmart knee wrap
    inzer 7mm knee sleeve
    schiek lifting strap
    inzer 13mm lever belt
    mobility stretch bands
    Harbinger 143 pro gloves
    Chalk

i wear usually the cheap walmart sweat shirt and pants. just because its cheap and it keeps my joints and muscle warm.

hoping to get a pair of squat shoes in the future. along with some better knee and wrist wraps
