Looks like a lot of fun. I think I spotted 4 or 5 DCLB's in those 19 pages of pics. Anyone know who all they were? The best I could pull from comments is Bulhas, WhiteCloud and NativeTaco.

I'd like to make the trip, but need to armor the front and rear bumpers first. Wanted to check lift/tire size on those DCLB's to know where I needed to be.

    Cool thanks!

Looks like all you guys were armored up front, HC rear and sliders. Any idea for the lifts and tires. I'm set with sliders and full skids with 2" lift on the front and TSB on the back. Looking to crank the front on up to 3" and AAL in the rear. I'm running 265/70R17 Duratracs for tire size currently. How much did the breakover's get you or the extra length help?

I think we all had a 2.5-3" lift. Bulhas and I are also rocking small body lifts with 35" tires while the other guys are on 33's(correct me if I'm wrong?). If you have sliders and full skids, then you're already ready for some moab trails. I would say get the rear done first, but that's just because that's what I used more of when I was there. I scraped the front up a rock once and came down on the rear at least a dozen times.

The breakover angle isn't great but with some spotting it didn't seem to hold any of us up. The length does help you a little with the weight transfer when climbing uphill.

X2 I need a HC rear but I didn't do any bedside damage, just scraped up the tow package. I have 3" lift front and the Dakar leaf pack which is close to 3" (never measured) in the rear. I also have 33" km2s. I scraped pretty good on a breakover and bent a skid crossmember pretty good but who cares, it's a skid! You are ready for plenty if what's an has to offer! If you are anything like me you will be limited most by the time that you can actually spend in Moab.

For what it is worth I have pretty much no lift because of all the weight I added (Bumper, Winch, Skids broght a 1.75" lift down to stock). I am also on 265/70/16 BFG A/t (30.6").

I did hells revenge, top of the world, and 7 mile rim. My hitch took care of everything in the rear as long as I chose my angles correctly. My front bumper only took one or two small hits. My skids on the other hand got PLENTY of use. I joked with everyone that I slid my way through the trails. Every inch you can get is going to help. I literally scraped by on top of the world and hells revenge (just the end of hells). Next year I will be on 285's, stronger springs, an AAL in the rear and hopefully high clearance. I might even do a 1" BL we'll see.

You missed a real treat...! I am glad I got to see your beast in all of its glory making the trifecta look like a gravel road. I will definitely have the calls again I usually keep them in my truck. Next time I will bust them out during the day so people are not wondering what the hell is going on. In the meantime you and "your people" keep on keepin on! ;)
