I started with buying the truck from TACOLICKER about a year ago
It came with a 6" midtravel suspension lift from Pro Comp, an exhaust system, XD Revolver rims and nitto trail grappler tires along with being debadged.
About a month later i put on sidesteps.
Another few months passed and then came smaller tires so it could accommodate the 12" travel the truck had to offer.
I am running easily 10" of travel in front and 12" in back.
earlier this week I installed a 10" sub and 1500w amp.
The simple set up in the suspension allows me to keep my truck a reliable daily driver but also lets it play just as hard as most Pre-Runners.
Next thing to add a light bar!

I want to do a few simple diy projects that don't cost a pretty penny while I wait for money for bigger things on the truck. Any suggestions??

There is a bunch of free/cheap mods up to do on top of the page...look those up cause I'm sure you will find at least a handful that you will want to try.
