Yeah the 16's are staying on.

In the street class the only requirement is to be street legal. Cages aren't required.

This one isn't weatherproofed, unless you plan to install in the cab.
It's designed to be mounted inside the windshield.

Awesome! I thought about doing the same, would love to see the final install :D

I'll get some pics, I already have the "lights" now im just waiting on the truck to install them on haha. I think i'll have to do something additional for the running/tail lights lower off the rear bumper tho since technically both need to be under 54" from the road and these will not. working out options there right now :)

I use the Aries STL lights. They are water proof and really bright. They have 14 different flash patterns. I have some front and rear as dust lights.

SERIOUSLY. I was stuck behind it in mojavi when we were making a pit stop. It seriously gave me and rhea a head-ache. We had to get out of my truck. That thing is RIDICULOUSLY bright.

The one thing I was worried about is that one does not have the option to weatherproof and does not say its weatherproof in the details so I was thinking its for interior only. I'm guessing if Vi runs it outside the truck it should be ok with rain and dust

you can waterproof it yourself by taking off the protective outer cover and laying a bead of silicon on the edges. That's how speedtech does it from factory anyways.

Anyone with AP LT and the HD tie rods deal with replacing the tie rod ends yet?

I called them up, $141 to for just the outers (with misalignment spacers). I know poly has heims way cheaper, but I can't seem to figure out the right ones. The tie rods are a 3/4-16 RH thread, I just don't know what size the bolt that comes out of the spindle is.
