So lets say your house gets invaded by the Feds looking for someone, your dog is barking, Cop feels threatned and wastes the dog if front of your family. Or something gets broken, carpet dirty, floors scratched ect...How do you feel then?

With regards to the Boston bombing, there was a much much easier way of preventing that and 9/11 than violating our freedoms. Stop student visas!

I personally feel that the more of these laws that are passed in the name of "National Security", the more rights are violated. IN WW2, we didn't have all this electronic shit, cell phones, computers, porn, etc., and we kicked ass. WE HAD THE BOMB! If someone attacks us, BOMB PARTY! Until then, leave the people alone. Don't watch who we call. What websites we surf, what music we listen too, or what time we scratch our nuts.......for those that have them.

fuck......a wasp just flew in front of my face.

WHOLEY DOUBLEFUCK THERE IS A SPIDER NEAR THE WASP!

Technically they're enemy combatatants. Therefore they commited no actual crime, but they are basically POW's being held for the duration of the war. If they were to come to the US, they they would fall under US civilian court jurisdiction and basically they're rights were violated and the case would not hold up in a court of law.

With teh Japanese, they were US civilians being held for no reason on US soil for fear of espionage.
