Just bought some 285/70/17 tires for my konig six shooters 17x9 and wanna see the common areas that need to be trimmed and what not also I keep reading about the pinch weld mod but haven't seen much pics of it. Any pics or tips on it would be awesome I have a BFH and a dremel with fresh cutting wheels just waiting to be used.

Might need a little more than a dremel to cut into the pinch weld. ;)

My fenders have been clearanced for 35's tho but you get the idea. Flairs will just need trimming at the bottom and you probably won't even have to worry about the pinch weld. I didn't with 33's ...

nice, im just trying to get an idea of what i have to trim and what not so far from what ive read its the square plastic part in the front portion of the fender and the pinch weld may need to bent pack. ive already got the CMC mod done to so i wanna say the hardest part is already done.

You will have to trim a little at the bottom of your fender flare at the back of the front tire and you probably won't have to do the pinch weld mod, I run the same size tire and I don't experience any rubbing that would require me to do that. I'm waiting to do the cab mount chop next week and I need to trim the fender flare a little more as shown..

How many people run around with the cab mount chop without welding on a plate afterwards?
Guilty here, welder burried deep in storage
