According to IMDB, Deleon was a background character named Roger. He wasn't even anyone special in the show. He was only in one episode called "Second Chance".

I love how his defense counsel pleads that he should live because he was predisposed to violence growing up and he can't help his violent nature. Counsel should slapped in the face for suggesting we taxpayers pay for this slime to live on our dollar. Shoulda thought of that before he took innocent lives.

 

actually i think he was the white ranger, the one that started out as a bad guy then became good.

 

As that's been going on here in OC for a couple of years now it is in the local paper almost daily.
Everyone involved is a nut job but DeLeon is really messed up.
Tried to cut his own junk off in jail to finish the sex change He/She/It wants to have.

 

OK so this deleon guy might not be the green ranger in the pic above, my chick was having a full on breakdown because i told her he was a three time murderer and she couldn't believe it, so i went online and pulled up data and found out he wasn't any ranger just a secondary character as stated before, but if you look at the court house pic and the pic above they look the same.
