I can give some insight as to how my lift has been. The rear springs have been good, I do have the lean but it doesn't bother me. I also have a cap on mine resulting in about 1/2-1/4 of lift lost in the rear but the Dakars do it to. Regarding the front, I just swapped mine out for the C-rated springs as the B's were sagging. I attribute this to the winch mount I have on it, weighing roughly 190lbs give or take, however I have 4-cylinder so I thought I would be fine as the B's are rated up to 120lbs but, I was wrong. Lol Go with the C's if you plan on adding any kind of bumper on.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
One of these days I may end up swapping to a stiffer coil myself. Maybe some stiffer springs in the rear too. Lets just hope the wife lets me get a bumper sooner or later though.

    Lots...
Well, i just read the whole thread...

Today I was a the dealer, the manager is a friend of mine and he told me that one of his friends sold im4x4 in mexico... I really want and need a lift... I have a DCSB with ARB bumper and skidplates... Also planning on getting a rear plate bumper and winch...

Do you think this is going to work? I would love to buy a 3" lift, but its a lot more expensive...

    Thanks!

    Lots...
Thansk i think ill order the stiffer coils...

I "need" a lift because I offroad really often.. At least twice a month, but there have been some times where the taco just can keep on, and need to leave it parked...

The problem is that all the 3" lifts are a lot, really a lot, more expensive Mexico... So, even though I would love one, it would be crazy to buy one...

I don't have personal experience with this particular lift but I would think with all your armor and being a double cab, that once the lift was installed and settled you'd be looking at a 1.25" - 1.5" lift. If you're cool with that I'd say go for it!
If not, I would save for the OME lift or buy a Icon stage 1 lift from one of the members here. I've seen them at great prices in the classified section.

Thanks for that info... those 1.5'' will be very pricey, I think I'll better save some more for the OME... I would love to buy any Icon lift, but the problem is that I live in Mexico, and usually no one wants to ship :( hahaha

The lift came with two spacers to drop over the shock that the spring seat rests on. I am at work now but will try to get pics up

Ok thanks I just asked cliff fron sierra expedition and waiting on a response from him also. They appear (didn't measure) to be 1//2" so that would be 1" of lift if I am correct

Little metal spacers? Yes I used them. Thought you were talking of the poly ones they have online

I finished the install of my lift last night. It looks good and it is amazing the difference between stock parts and these. I will get measurements and pics later when I find a level spot at work. Install wasn't bad the rears were easier than the front. Even the front wasn't bad except Toyota screwed me. The main axel nut came off hard on the driver's side gahling the threads. I cleaned them up best I could on both the nut and axel but it was hard going back on. The next time it comes off I will have a new nut and half shaft ready to go

ok, im very close to pulling the trigger on the Iron man lift that ToyTec offers, its pretty much the same as sierra expeditions but without the rear leaf pack, but you can choose the option for aal in the rear,

so my question is: for my double cab, (with stock 3 leaf pack) will the 1.5 aal be good to make it level with the front 2" lift? i dont want too much of the rake. they offer the 2" aal but i think that will have some rake. in the future i can always swap the rear out and get the 7 leaf pack, but man, Toytec is having a good sale on the iron man lift.

also, who has the top plate spacers (1/2") installed? are those needed for the full 2" or are they for adding over 2"
